Work packages

This work package aims to:

  • Identify and document the requirements for publishing and reusing in data analytics of multidimensional linked statistical data.
  • Design and specify the OpenCube conceptual models to support the linked statistical data lifecycle.

 


Work Package 2 aims to:

  • Specify the generic OpenCube Reference Architecture.
  • Low-level design the components of the OpenCube Reference Architecture.

 


This work pacakage aims:

  • To develop the OpenCube Toolkit that will comprise two open source standalone tools.
  • To develop the OpenCube extension of fluidOps’ Information Workbench platform.
  • To develop the OpenCube extension of Swirrl’s PublishMyData platform.

 


This work package aims to:

  • Create a detailed plan for the evaluation of the OpenCube framework.
  • Organize pilots involving public authorities and businesses including workshops enabling large number of users to evaluate the developed tools.
  • Operate the pilots and evaluate the OpenCube framework.

 


This work package aims to:

  • Present to OpenCube target users and relative scientific community the project progress, technologies and results outside the scope of the OpenCube consortium ensuring large awareness through the organization of and participation in relative events as well as the publication in scientific and business journals.
  • To analyze the market for the OpenCube framework and define a viable exploitation and business model taking into account end-user needs and requirements.

 


This work package aims to:

  • Ensure efficient communication within the OpenCube consortium and reassure effective liaison with the EC, other projects and other bodies as required.
  • Ensure strategic and everyday management of the project, according to the project management structure.
  • Ensure efficient S&T coordination among the project’s participants as well as the quality of results.
  • Monitor resource usage, budget allocation and project cash flow.
  • Identify, assess and manage the technological development and project administration related risks.
